NIST XDS Toolkit and NIST FHIR Toolkit was available late August 2022, through https://tools.iheusa.org. This was the pre-connecathon (Pre-Cat) testing environment.

NIST XDS Toolkit and NIST FHIR Toolkit are going to be made available late August 2022, through https://tools.iheusa.org.

Monday, August 29, 2022 Pre-Connectathon testing may use the FHIR Toolkit hosted at https://tools.iheusa.org.

As of Friday, June 10, 2022 the online tool status is offline.

The online tool is not hosted by NIST and the tool access may not be available at all times due to external host policies or downtime.

The NIST FHIR Toolkit can be downloaded to run locally. A toolkit release can be downloaded from https://github.com/usnistgov/asbestos/releases/ and the installation documentation can be found in the following link https://github.com/usnistgov/asbestos/wiki/Installation-Guide.
