This is what the New Windows VM wizard looks like on UTM 4.0.6 RC:

Apart from improving the wording, it could be made more clear that this is a link to a (third party) website. Please find two suggested designs below.

BTW, I titled this issue "Add arrow symbol to buttons that open web-links" because the new design should be applied to all web links, not just the one in the Windows VM Wizard.
