Thanks. I initially thought the utility feature flags were required to build uudocs, but that functionality is already in the Makefile.

looks like a sporadic failure. you have to retrigger CI with a force push of your last commit.
git reset --soft HEAD~1 && git commit -C HEAD@{1} && git push --force-with-lease
