With pytorch-cuda=11.7 installed, pytorch is not needed.
The default is the latest torch 2.2.1. It does not have cuda 11.7 version. It ha only cuda 12.1 version.

Both .yml and requirements.txt files are updated. The original one will install torch without cuda 11.7 support. With the revision, the installation works out of box.
