Fixed a small typo in the Naming Convention Guide
Uploading a protocol for how to use the Axial Sectioning Processing Code.
Updated the GUI figure and underlying functions for the latest round of usability feedback.
This commit changes how all the save functions handle the output image bit depth to fit with the updated GUI. Also included load bars on functions that are a slow point of the code.
