WiNDC Datastream Base Year 2021

Data processing tools that generate the input GDX used to build the core WiNDC database.

This is an updated version of the build stream built using a class structure.

This version is only for the 2021 dataset. The raw data is located at the WiNDC homepage.

Updating the Data

1. Download the data from a previous base year, you can do this on the the WiNDC homepage.
2. Download the updated datasets from the respective websites. Data sources are linked below.
3. Update the data_information.json file in the raw data folder. It should be only the links that get updated.
