:-moz-focusring only supported in older Firefox (4.x), so :-moz-focusring rule not needed either. Remove text-transform: none. Fixes #28

Looks like my PR caused some mess, sorry about that. normalize.css definitely should include some version info for such cases.

No problem @web-padawan Parts of the PR were still great and up-to-date so we left them there. The browser support was something we should have noticed before merging the PR 😺
