Feature request: Shift + click to select "everything from one item to another"

Corrected: Shift + Click works, but not for the case "everything from one item to another".

This should be the default for Shift + Click.

Individual item selection is Ctrl + Click. What exactly does Shift + Click do right now, then?

Is there any workaround to make the shift + click selection work? It hits me as a surprise that a simple native HTML select has this feature, while this advanced ListBox doesn't support such basic selection.
