Update Thailand holidays: 2025-2026 Bridge Public Holidays

Proposed change

Adds 3 Bridge Public Holidays for Thailand in 2025-2026 as per the Nov 12, 2024 Special Decree, which are:

• June 2nd, 2025: HM Queen Suthida's Birthday Long Holidays (resulting in a 4-day period)
• August 11th, 2025: Mother's Day Long Holidays (resulting in a 4-day period)
• January 2nd, 2026: New Year's Long Holidays (resulting in a 5-day period)

• Supported country/market holidays update (calendar discrepancy fix, localization)
