install and run

Initial release

• Available for Windows 10+ 64 bit (all versions since 2018; earlier versions might still work but curl and tar must be installed separately)
• Install nuse tool (just download and run); script can be inspected before run if not trusted
• Download and unpack node/npm on first usage
• Recheck available versions every 8 hours to get the highest possible version
• Persists last used version in env
• Allows different instances of node in parallel
• Works in cmd.exe and powershell.exe
