A simple Todo webpage that allows users to add, remove, and manage tasks. This project is built using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Running the Project

To run the Todo webpage project on your local machine, follow these detailed steps:

Prerequisites

  1. Web Browser: Ensure you have a modern web browser installed (like Google Chrome, Firefox, or Edge).
  2. Code Editor (Optional): If you want to view or modify the code, consider using a code editor like Visual Studio Code or Sublime Text.

Steps to Run the Project

  1. Clone the Repository:

    • Open your terminal (Command Prompt, PowerShell, or any terminal you prefer).
    • Navigate to the directory where you want to clone the project.
    • Run the following command to clone the repository:
      git clone https://github.com/your-username/todo-webpage.git
    • Replace your-username with your actual GitHub username.
  2. Navigate to the Project Directory:

    • After cloning, navigate into the project directory by running:
      cd todo-webpage
  3. Open the Project in Your Browser:

    • Locate the index.html file in the project folder. You can do this using your file explorer.
    • Double-click on index.html. This will open the file in your default web browser.
    • Alternatively, you can right-click the index.html file and select "Open with" to choose a specific browser.
  4. Using the Application:

    • Once the webpage is open, you will see the Todo list interface.
    • Add a Task:
      • In the text input field, type the task you want to add.
      • Click the "Add" button to add the task to your list.
    • Mark a Task as Complete:
      • Click on the checkbox next to the task to mark it as complete.
    • Remove a Task:
      • Click the "Remove" button next to the task to delete it from your list.
