Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
gnomAD v4 has updated gene constraints.

Describe the solution you'd like
Integrate them into the gene data.

The gene constraints have different columns but we can just convert them. This can be done in varfish-db-downloader and is in the PR varfish-org/varfish-db-downloader#75.

Nevertheless, we should add tests for this here.
