Magics that will not work in batch mode

SoS uses customized comm for many magics for interactive use and the comm would not exist in batch mode. That is to say, we will have to disable some magics when they are executed in batch mode. Here are a list of magics that will have to be disabled:

• tasks

• taskinfo

• clear, but clear could be simulated on the Python side.

• preview might work after some work
