Description of changes
This pull request changes the definitions for LECL and LECP CTR.
Reason and motivation
This pull request aims to fix the LECL and LECP definitions to match the real sectors (and the ones that we have implemented).
This new boundaries will help pilots to be aware of the real coverage of that sectors.
