Run test with
mvn clean test -Dtest=allure.AllureRetriesIssueTest#shouldGenerateAFlakyTest -Dsurefire.rerunFailingTestsCount=2
Then you can use maven allure plugin to generate or serve the report
mvn allure:report
mvn allure:serve
