Describe the bug:
After logging into my five days old Matrix account in Element's iOS app in my old iPhone 6 + (iOS v12.5.4), I tried to upload a slow motion (slow-mo) video in a room but it wouldn't let me.

To Reproduce

  1. Successfully log into Matrix account in Elements' iOS app.
  2. Go to a room.
  3. Try to upload a slow motion (slow-mo) video recorded from an iPhone (old 6+ iOS v12.5.4 for me).

Expected behavior
Uploading a slow motion (slow-mo) video recorded should work like non-slow motion video recordings.

Smartphone (please complete the following information):
Device: iPhone 6 +
OS: iOS v12.5.4
