Steps to reproduce

  1. All chats shows list of direct chat and rooms.
  2. I enabled the "show filters".
  3. I can see the category "All", "Unreads", "People"
  4. Now I leave all direct chats, so that "People" section is empty.
  5. There should be no unread message.
  6. Now I see category "All", " Unreads"
  7. Select category "Unreads"
  8. Now I can see the black screen with the placeholder text "Welcome to....."

Outcome

What did you expect?

I expect to show all Rooms in the All chats list.

What happened instead?

I don't see all rooms when there is not direct chat.

Seems related to the fix in #6796, maybe it also needs a customisable top anchor too. @gileluard fancy looking into this one?
