I updated this manually. Is this supposed to be generated from prelude.graphql

We recently tried to update our version of gqlparser to 2.2.0, but the parser panicked because of a
@deprecated
directive on an input field. This was updated in thegraphql-spec
repo in December 2020, allowing the deprecated directive onARGUMENT_DEFINITION
as well asINPUT_FIELD_DEFINITION
. This PR updates theprelude
to reflect the updated spec.
