npx create-next-app failed finding npm at ~/.local

[zxytim]

I am following the next.js tutorial on creating a next.js app, but stuck at the first step:

$ npx create-next-app

However, using npm init next-app as per here works:

$ npm init next-app nextjs-blog --example "https://github.com/vercel/next-learn/tree/master/basics/learn-starter"

Using npm.

Installing dependencies:
- react
- react-dom
- next
