Extend StringAppendTESTOperator to use string delimiter of variable length #2

This PR extend StringAppendTESTOperator class to use std::string delimiter instead of char. char becomes then a custom case of std::string. This allows for delimiter of variable length, including zero length if delimiter is not needed at all and space can be saved. The PR also extends StringAppendOperator in Java API.

original PR in facebook/rocksdb#4806

The windows CI seems to be unstable, even for rocksdb release branch it does not pass in my CI. Although, it worked for the original RocksDB PR facebook/rocksdb#4806.

Fix by making sure the following block gets executed only once:
```
      if (!checkedDiskForMmap_) {
        // this will be executed once in the program's lifetime.
        // do not use mmapWrite on non ext-3/xfs/tmpfs systems.
        if (!SupportsFastAllocate(fname)) {
          forceMmapOff_ = true;
        }
        checkedDiskForMmap_ = true;
      }
```

Summary:
I must have chosen trimming before frame 8 based on assertion failures, but that trims too many frame for a general segfault. So this changes to start printing at frame 4, as in this example where I've seeded a null deref:
