The windows CI seems to be unstable, even for rocksdb release branch it does not pass in my CI. Although, it worked for the original RocksDB PR facebook/rocksdb#4806. |

Summary: I must have chosen trimming before frame 8 based on assertion failures, but that trims too many frame for a general segfault. So this changes to start printing at frame 4, as in this example where I've seeded a null deref: ``` Received signal 11 (Segmentation fault) Invoking LLDB for stack trace... This PR extend StringAppendTESTOperator class to use std::string delimiter instead of char. char becomes then a custom case of std::string. This allows for delimiter of variable length, including zero length if delimiter is not needed at all and space can be saved. The PR also extends StringAppendOperator in Java API.
