This adds Vial support for the Werk Technica One (aka. the "Werk One"). Saw the need for this in order to get Norwegian support for the One.
This submission is entirely based on the Vial guides, and the VIA .json definition file: https://github.com/the-via/keyboards/blob/master/v3/werk_technica/werk_technica_one.json
It has been tested on Werk One. Works for me.
