Update Clarity script to consent-gated version (Cookiebot)

Clarity was previously hardcoded and firing regardless of user consent. This update wraps the Clarity script in a Cookiebot check, ensuring it only runs when “Marketing” cookies are accepted. Aligns Clarity behavior with GTM-based VWO consent setup.
