BUG: Home-managed User Context isn't getting dispatched to user aspects

Description

The user aspect doesn't receive the home-managed user context. Similar to templates/ci/modules/host-user-conditional-hm.nix, but included on the user aspect instead of the host aspect.

Same problem here! Just as an extra, this error appeared when I tried to specify the entire home-managed user context { HM, user, host } instead of { user, ... } in my own configuration:

@henriquekirchheck not sure this is the same bug, this one looks like not properly creating an aspect (a flake-aspects one given it mentions class and aspect-chain). could you please share a minimal reproduction repo (from bogus template), would be really helpful if the GH CI shows this failure.

fyi, definitely a bug, looking at hm-dependencies.nix I see we have a line including parametric aspects included from host but not from user. I'll be working on this today and add a test based on your repo.
