  1. Update Dogfile to use 'code' instead of 'run'

    Since v0.4.0 Dog uses the new directive code to define code blocks, this replaces the old run directive.
    
    More detailed info can be found in the release notes of the v0.4.0 version https://github.com/dogtools/dog/releases/tag/v0.4.0 and in this pull request dogtools/dog#113
    
    At this moment Dog supports backwards compatibility, changes will break on v0.6.0.
