Or would an external url work? base64 icon also works.
So, my question is: if Edge does not allow to use emojis as favicons but does allow external urls or base64 icons, then could you adjust the extension to allow the user to specify those urls for favicons? (allow to specify the href attribute through the UI with a textbox for example, similar to the New tab text)
