Fix transfer media failing when MediaSource readyState is "ended".
Why is this Pull Request needed?
Transferring SourceBuffers between primary and asset players failed to complete when MediaSource was in "ended" state (buffer had reached EoS). This change ensures that we can seek back to an Interstitial event time range that was appended "in place" on the same SourceBuffer(s) after playback and buffering have reached the end of the VOD and buffer from the event was ejected.
