No, I don't have push access to master:

remote: error: GH006: Protected branch update failed for refs/heads/master.
remote: error: At least one approved review is required

I've pushed to py3.6 branch and will create a pr.

Ah, missed that org members don't have push access to protected branches by default. You now have push access.
