Nightly Vim Windows build snapshots (more information).

If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 8.2.0402: setting local instead of global flag
• 8.2.0401: not enough test coverage for evalvars.c
• 8.2.0400: not all tests using a terminal are in the list of flaky tests
• 8.2.0399: various memory leaks
