If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 8.2.1477: Vim9: error when using bufnr('%')
• 8.2.1476: filetype test fails on MS-Windows
• 8.2.1475: Vim9: can't use v:true for option flags
• 8.2.1474: /usr/lib/udef/rules.d not recognized as udevrules
• 8.2.1473: items in a list given to :const can still be modified
• 8.2.1472: ":argdel" does not work like ":.argdel" as documented
