I wasn't quite able to get it working as intended. Two issues:

How to open the actual help page, i.e. which URL? liberator://help/eol didn't automatically map to the new .xml file.
What would be the correct approach to only opening a new tab for Vimperator? Does this "first time" code block even do anything on Muttator?

If anyone have any input that'd be nice.
