Motivação
Em caso de rejeição de pagamento no início da assinatura a fatura está sendo cancelada, porém a assinatura também deve ser cancelada.
Solução Proposta
Está sendo chamado o método DELETE em subscriptions passando o parâmetro cancel_bills com o valor true
Closes #62
