Datejs port to the TimezoneJS.Date object

This is to add the nice helper methods from Datejs to TimezoneJS that will work with the international support provided by Datejs. Right now, only the core methods are available, but the rest will be added later.

Setup

1. Include a datejs culture file. See the datejs github repo for the culture file you need
2. Include timezone-js/date.js
3. Include timezone-js-sugar/timezone-js-sugar.js
4. Enjoy your favorite datejs methods with timezone-js!
