  • Add separate GeoArrowLoader that can return GeoJSONTable (and later, some form of "BinaryGeoTable").
  • Remove GeoArrow processing from core ArrowLoader (since the GeoArrowLoader will bundle a lot more code, soon including WKT and WKBLoaders).
  • Add initial file format docs for Arrow and GeoArrow.
