License type in Cargo.toml + Apache 2?

This is mostly because your Cargo.toml does not have a license entry, but only license-file.

Also, would it be possible to add optional licensing using Apache-2.0 as most of the ecosystem?

Stretched is licensed under MIT as can be seen in the linked GitHub repo. Seems this is not picked up correctly by crates.io ( http://crates.io/ ) which we should look into! I'll look into apache 2 duel / optional licence but no promises!
