Everything converted into TypeScript 3.x, using strict type.

It all still should work the same way as before, without changes, apart from using it directly from browsers, which for now is undecided, whether or not it is worth including.

Install with:

$ npm i connection-string@beta

For now, it is all still inside branch ts.
