pkg.pr.new seems to be not working correctly

I was testing yestarday (2024-08-24) this #17909 PR from main branch: the pkg.pr.new publish can be found here https://github.com/vitejs/vite/actions/workflows/publish-commit.yml?page=3

Today (2024-08-25) I start testing #17938 using https://github.com/vitejs/vite/actions/workflows/publish-commit.yml

Both links are the same.

Apparently, the workflow runs on the latest state of the main branch! And the issue should come from the workflow file itself if so. See the commit hash.

The commit hash should have been f63f768, but it was 6629ccc that was latest commit in the main at that moment. However the published package contained all code from f63f768 which is correct. It's just the package name that's wrong there.
