"npm create vite@latest " is not working

Every Time I'm trying to run this command for my new project, I got an error every time.

npm create vite@latest

And I also want to know do you (Vite ) have template for React-TS as like React or vue

like this:

npm create vite@latest my-vue-app -- --template vue

I'm getting this error when i use npm create vite@latest . it's causing the same error for both vue and react projects with the command. but its working fine when i use npm create vue@latest
is this an issue with vite ?

I faced this kind of issues with only npm,
try bun, pnpm, or yarn.
