Adding Solidjs templates to vite create

Description

The solidjs framework is one of the best of JavaScript nowadays.
It's going to be much better for any developer using Vite to have it with the create templates rather then having it in a community template which isn't the best case for it.

Suggested solution

We can use the solid templates and add them with the vite settings we might need.

I'm aware there have been an attempt to add it in the issue #5572, but I'm just asking to see if there's any changes in that policy yet as that attempt was a year ago.

I've read the entire package of createe-vite and know how a new template should be added.
