Thanks for the fix! It would be great if we simplify:

vite/packages/vite/src/node/utils.ts

Lines 870 to 875 in f8d9189

	if (
	hostnameName === '::1' ||
	hostnameName === '0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0001'
	) {
	hostnameName = `[${hostnameName}]`
	}

too with a simple colon check
