Minor edits to the new SSR docs.
Also replaced
<!--app-html-->by<!--ssr-outlet-->, so it is easier to follow that they refer to the same thing. I can revert that if the idea is to emphasize that it can be whatever the user chooses. IMO, with the included note, it is enough.
