This adds the very useful source-map-explorer, which looks like this:
N.B. Big lolsob at that 850 KB of generated protobuf files. I'm hoping the fix for that will be some relatively straightforward protobufjs tweaks. So I don't forget: https://github.com/vitessio/vitess/projects/12#card-60828184
