perf(reporters): downgrade log-update to v5

Description

• Fixes Reporter performance regression 0.34.x - 1.0.0 #4710

Adds quick fix for the issue. In long term we should introduce a minimal project in https://github.com/vitest-tests/ for catching these issues in future. After that we can look into upgrading log-update back.

With these fixes @sheremet-va your real-world-project reduces test execution from 136s -> 67s on my M2 CPU.
