Why I did it

Remove lm-sensors dependency on hw-mgmt. lm-sensors installs a oneshot lm-sensors.service which starts early in the boot and can sometime gets stuck in activating state blocking hostcfgd to progress further

-> Unit lm-sensors.service:
	Description: Initialize hardware monitoring sensors
	Instance: n/a
	Unit Load State: loaded
	Unit Active State: activating
	CGroup: /system.slice/lm-sensors.service
	-> ExecStart:
		Command Line: /usr/bin/sensors -s
		Command Line: /usr/bin/sensors
	-> Job 106:
		Action: lm-sensors.service -> start
		State: running
		Irreversible: no
		May GC: no
