  1. Upgrade vllm to 0.8.5
  2. Drop 0.8.4 support
  3. Keep doc to 0.8.4rc2 until we release 0.8.5

@ganyi1996ppo @jianzs @Yikun Please check this PR. We plan to make main branch work with vllm main and 0.8.5. 0.8.4 will not be supported with this PR.

Looks good to me, remove the code of 0.8.4 makes code more clear

merge this first to unblock other PR. I just rebased the main and fixed the merge conflict
