Code Review
This pull request refactors two utility modules, renaming vllm/utils/async_utils.py to vllm/utils/asyncio.py and vllm/utils/func.py to vllm/utils/functools.py. This change aligns the module names with Python's standard library, making the codebase more intuitive. All corresponding import statements throughout the project have been updated correctly. Additionally, the docstrings for the renamed files have been improved, and a related import in torch has been updated from torch.func to torch.functools for consistency. The changes are clean, correct, and improve the overall structure of the code. I have no concerns with this pull request.
