What this PR does / why we need it:

  • Update Github Actions dependencies
  • Docs for v0.56.12
  • Update golang syntax to conform with linter
  • Update to golang 1.19
  • Update kind image
  • go fmt
  • Use latest sonobuoy binary in scripts
  • Use latest version of kubectl in scripts
  • Use latest version of linter

Many thanks for the PR and updating various dependencies. Looks like keeping kind version at 1.23 made integration tests pass.

Yes. Something to investigate down the road. For now, seems okay to make this release.
