Continuation of #35135

libappindicator hasn't seen a release since 2012 (more than 10 years!)
Debian has removed it in buster and switched to libayatana-appindicator.
This PR tries to replace libappindicator with libayatana-appindicator.

Is there anything I can help with to make it move forward?

I have some proposals to include changes into this pull request (see https://github.com/kruceter/void-packages/tree/ayatana-indicators).

The most notable here is droidcam. I am afraid you have planted a time bomb for others to deal with once the new version for that package is out, so it would be better to properly apply upstream patch for this cause.
