WinBlur Version 2

This version has two fixes.

1 - You can finally use Blur effects without having to deal with the Default Windows Bar.

2 - You can (kinda) see Texts on your form. This still has a lot of major issues, including that Labels for example are visible but look uncanny, glitchy, and weird. Unfortunately, Buttons and TextBoxes do not work properly with WinBlur yet. But Labels, Link Labels, Radio Buttons, CheckBoxes should work fine.

I apologize for the current inconvenience, and I have tried to find online solutions (which have resulted in this version). I honestly don't know if there's any other way to fix this, and I don't have the time to spend to continuously work on this and make it a fully functioning Library. Collaborators will be appreciated.

⚠️ WARNING: This may and will most likely not work with Windows versions under 10. Sometimes, it may not even work on Windows 10 depending on your build version.

However, it's 100% going to function on Windows 11.
