Adds task to publish notifications to a slack channel from #45

Transition to Browserify over Bower

Large refactor of the build process and features, most importantly removing Bower as a piece of the development process and transitioning to Browserify. Also does the following:

• documentation update
• adds notification emails on deployments
• removes server.js and utilizes grunt-contrib-connect
• separates instrumented test .js files from build files
• removes "build/" as part of the s3 and cloudfront deployments

Delete broken releases, move CHANGELOG

Delete releases 5.0.2 and 5.0.3 due to a dependency breaking change. Updates for autoprefixer will be included in a 6.0.0 release. Also moved CHANGELOG out of README.md and into own file.
