Needed to ignore duplicate workspaces that can happen at build time and which pnpm allows but which systems like npm doesn't: webdriverio/webdriverio#11868 (comment)

Blocked by voxpelli/read-workspaces#4 which then needs to be integrated into list-installed and then into installed-check-core.
